Liquor Bee Monthly Market Pulse
Every month, Liquor Bee analyzes sales activity across our platform to identify what’s trending, what’s consistently performing, and which products may deserve a second look.
Whether you’re deciding what to reorder, looking for the next breakout product, or evaluating inventory that may be tying up shelf space, our Monthly Market Pulse gives you a look at what’s happening across the Liquor Bee network.
This month, we’re starting to see something even more valuable than a single snapshot: patterns. Some of July’s hottest products are continuing to perform, several staple brands remain firmly at the top, and a few inventory trends are worth paying attention to.

What We’re Seeing
Monaco Peach Mango remains the standout among newer products, increasing from 812 units in last month’s report to 874 units this month. More importantly, it remains out of stock at ABC — a strong indication that demand has outpaced current availability.
Another product worth watching is Lunazul Tequila Reposado (200ml), which enters the top ten this month with 366 units sold and is also currently out of stock.
There is also noticeable consistency among several of last month’s leaders. Crown Royal’s Realtree release, Toucan’s mixer products, André Peach Mimosa, TLC Vodka, and Casamigos’ ready-to-serve Margarita all remain near the top.
The takeaway: when a new product continues showing up month after month, it may be moving beyond initial curiosity and developing into something worth keeping in your regular assortment.
Availability is also beginning to tighten on a few products. TLC Vodka has fallen to just 97 cases available, while New Amsterdam Vanilla is down to only 19 cases.
If one of these products is performing well in your store, keep an eye on ABC inventory before your next order.

What We’re Seeing
The biggest story among August’s best sellers is consistency.
Taaka Vodka remains firmly in the #1 position, with more than 31,000 units sold in the past four weeks. Taaka also holds three positions in the top ten across its 100ml, 200ml, and 375ml sizes.
Burnett’s continues to perform extremely well in both its 200ml and 375ml sizes, while Fireball remains one of the strongest individual SKUs across the platform.
One of the more notable movers this month is Paul Masson Grande Amber Brandy (375ml). Sales increased from 7,257 units in July’s report to 8,099 units this month, an increase of more than 800 units.
We also saw continued growth in larger small-format Taaka bottles:
Taaka 200ml: 6,949 → 7,522
Taaka 375ml: 6,459 → 6,909
There’s a clear theme here: affordable, familiar products in smaller bottle sizes continue to drive tremendous volume.
These may not always be the products generating the most attention, but they are products customers consistently walk into stores and buy.
One item to watch is Seagram's Extra Dry Gin (200ml). It sold more than 6,300 units across the network during the reporting period but is currently showing as out of stock at ABC. Stores that sell this product regularly may want to keep an eye on availability.

What We’re Seeing
Slow-moving inventory continues to be an area where store owners can find opportunities to free up cash.
One interesting trend is that several products appearing here are premium or larger-format bottles. That doesn’t necessarily mean they are bad products or that they should be removed from your store. Premium items naturally sell at a different pace than high-volume 100ml or 200ml products.
What matters is whether the amount of inventory you are carrying makes sense relative to how quickly the product sells.
There are also a couple of repeat appearances from July. Glenfiddich 12 Year Scotch (1.75L), Château Souverain Chardonnay, and Patrón El Alto remained among the slowest-moving products this month.
That makes them especially worth reviewing if you currently carry them.
Consider asking:
How long has this product been sitting on my shelf?
Am I carrying more bottles than my sales justify?
Is my pricing competitive?
Would better placement help?
Could a promotion help move the remaining inventory?
Should I allow the product to sell down before ordering another case?
A product selling slowly isn't necessarily a problem.
Repeatedly purchasing a slow-moving product without looking at the data can be.
💡 August Takeaway: Patterns Matter More Than One Month
One month of sales data can show you what happened.
Multiple months begin to show you a pattern.
That’s what makes the Monthly Market Pulse more valuable over time.
This month, we're seeing:
New products like Monaco Peach Mango continuing to perform rather than disappearing after their initial launch.
Value-priced, small-format spirits continuing to dominate overall unit volume.
Certain products steadily increasing their sales month over month.
Repeat slow movers that may deserve a closer look at the store level.
ABC availability becoming an important consideration on several high-demand products.
The goal isn't to tell every Liquor Bee store to carry the exact same inventory.
Your customers, market, pricing, and product mix are unique.
The goal is to give you another piece of information you can use when deciding what to buy, how much to buy, and when not to buy more.
